How NAIREVA collects, stores and uses the information you share with us.
What we collect
Contact details, the goals and history you share for your case, and any photos you choose to upload for medical review. Uploaded photos and medical notes are treated as sensitive health information.
How it is stored
Case photos are stored in private object storage and are never publicly reachable. Access requires an authenticated staff account with a role permitted to view case data, and every access is logged.
Who sees it
Your coordinator, the medical team and the reviewing surgeon. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Consent
Submitting the consultation form requires explicit consent to be contacted and to have your case reviewed. Before-and-after cases are only published with separate, specific patient consent, and never with identifying information.
